Associate Professor of Teaching HKU Business School David Bishop has over a decade of experience with executive education at HKU. He has broad legal experience in the United States and across Asia. He is the co-founder and director of FSI and he is a board member of multiple organisations.
Mr. David S. Lee
Principal Lecturer HKU Business School David S. Lee teaches broadly in the areas of ethics, FinTech, law, leadership, and corporate governance. Drawing on a diverse academic and professional background, he trains business leaders from world-leading companies, serves on boards, and advises entrepreneurial ventures.

The Board Director Training is held both in-person and online, with interactive discussions. The schedule is as follows:
Yes, upon completion of all the sections in the online platform, you will be automatically given a certificate.
Yes! This course is for all those interested in leadership in both a for- and not-for profit organization. The course has been enjoyed by both experienced and new professionals and can give deeper insight into becoming a more confident and contributing board member.
The online course is recorded and uploaded for participants, giving them a chance to still complete and receive a certificate even if they do not attend one of the sessions. However, we highly encourage participants to join the sessions live as the live discussions will enrich their learning.
